SERVICE LEARNING CAMP

The SLC adventurers left for Salt Lake City on June 13. They will carry the love of Christ and the prayers of this congregation. We look forward to welcoming them home on June 20! Please hold in your prayers Braxton, Quincy, Nate, Caroline, Gracie, Abigal, Bryan, Halle, Maggie, Sara, Jonah, Matthew and Jodie. May they have a safe week of learning and fellowship and come home excited and ready to share stories of how this experience has deepened their faith!

PEDAL HEADS AT STPLC JUNE 15-19

Saint Peter will serve our community by hosting Pedalheads Summer Bike Camp in our parking lot from June 15–19. Throughout the week, children will learn bicycle safety skills, build confidence, and enjoy time outdoors under the guidance of trained instructors. If you are at the church during camp hours, you may notice additional activity in the parking lot. We are grateful for the opportunity to share our facilities with this program and to support families in our community! Keep these riders, their families, and staff in your prayers during their week of learning and fellowship.

9AM SATURDAY MORNING BIBLE STUDY

Join Tom Hacker on Saturday mornings for Bible Study. Tom will lead a class in the Narthex beginning at 9:00 a.m. The group will soon be discovering their Spiritual Gifts.

It’s not to late to make Day Camp plans for July! Day Camp blends friends, faith, and a lot of fun. Reach out to Faith Formation minister Bryan Jaster (bjaster@stplc.org) for more information.

HOLY COMMUNION CLASS: JUNE 28

Join Pastor Dan and Faith Formation minister Bryan on Sunday, June 28th after worship until noon for a Holy Communion instruction class. We will learn more about this wonderful gift of God’s grace, why Holy Communion is important, and how Christ comes to us in this meal. Participants will also have the opportunity to decorate a communion chalice to use in worship. Please RSVP to Pastor Dan before June 14th.

SKY RANCH RETREAT: SEPT 18-20

Register today for this all-ages retreat! This multigenerational event will help you unplug, re-center, and reconnect with your community and creator. Enjoy worship, camp activities, fellowship and great food!

Want to try something new? There are lots of special activities to sign up for. Interested in trying your hand at fly fishing? Pastor Brian Begrum invites you to learn a new skill in God’s wild and broad creation. It will make you want to don your waders and jump in! (Or would that scare the fish?)

IMPACT WEEK A SUCCESS!

StPLC members and friends participated in Impact Week (June 4-7). We helped our neighbors with projects — for free, zero strings attached. We met new people, saw Jesus in those around us, and served folks in need!

SAVE YOUR POP TOPS

The Ronald McDonald House serves as a "home away from home" for many folks with hospitalized children. The Pop Tab Recycling Program is an easy way to support this valuable resource. Simply pull off your beverage can tabs or soup tops (anything with a pull tab!) and bring them to church! We will collect them in a large jar in the narthex for delivery and recycling.

HELP SPREAD THE WORD WITH AN StPLC GOOGLE REVIEW!

If you haven’t already left a review online, please take a couple of minutes this week to share with the online world what you think is special about our South Denver church. It’s free to do and will only take you a couple of minutes. You can find instructions from Google here. You can find the Saint Peter listing here.
