MANY JOURNEYS, ONE SEASON: A LENTEN DEVOTIONAL
Did you sign up to provide a picture or reflection for the 2026 StPLC Lenten Devotional? If you signed up, please send your photo/reflection/prayer, etc. to Arielle (awilson@stplc.org) TODAY. Thank you! Your contribution can be very short. Whether you’re at home, on the road, inside or outside, you’re on the journey. This devotional celebrates the ordinary, holy moments of everyday life, shared by people at all stages of faith and life.
Give the gift of life this Valentine’s Day! All donors who come to give blood on February 14, using code GIVELOVE-2026-V when scheduling, will receive a $25 Rewards gift card* in appreciation (*Terms and conditions apply; see vitalant.org/FebDonorGift).
FAITH EXPLORERS: FEB 18
Join Pastor Dan at Faith Explorers at 11:45 a.m. starting on Wednesday, February 18th for a Lenten journey through Kate Bowler’s "No Cure for Being Human." Kate, an author, podcaster, and professor, asks a powerful question: “How do you move forward with a life you didn’t choose?” Join us!
ALL TOGETHER: URBAN AIR FEB 22
Come and jump, hang out, chat, and enjoy the company on Sunday, February 22 from 2-4 p.m. at Urban Air (15400 E Briarwood Cir, Aurora). It’s $25/person for all the things (trampolines, high ropes course, zip line, and go karts). We've got a table, pizza, special socks and water for our group. Have some fun, all together!
SOUP-ER BOWL OF CARING
On Sunday, February 8th (Super Bowl Sunday), the StPLC worship service was taken over! Dressed as coaches, fans, referees and sportscasters, a group of teens and adults reminded the congregation about Christian FUNDAMENTALS, urging us to be salt and light in the world. Throughout service we were encouraged to donate to Covenant Cupboard Food Pantry and The Food Bank of the Rockies. (Stay tuned this Sunday to learn the total raised!) Thank you for your generosity!
If you are curious about the proposed bylaw changes, or if you would like to read the Annual Report ahead of the Annual meeting, please visit our website. There will be snacks, crafts, puzzles, and a movie (Wall-E) for the kids!
WHO YOU WALKIN’ WITH?
Save the date for Wholly Kicks: April 19 at 11:30 a.m. We will lunch together at Saint Peter then carpool to sort 1,500 pairs of shoes together to bring dignity and new shoes to kids all over Denver.
SAVE THE DATE: STPLC RETREAT AT SKY RANCH SEPT 18-20
We're planning a church retreat at Sky Ranch! Please put in on your calendar! Check out skyranchcolorado.org. Want to help create the adventure? Contact Bryan for more information (bjaster@stplc.org).
IMAGINE MORE: 2027 ELCA YOUTH GATHERING
Our youth are getting excited about our 2026 Service Learning Camps (reach out to Bryan to learn more!), and in the back of our minds we are counting down to Imagine More at the 2027 ELCA Youth Gathering to join thousands in Minneapolis! The 2027 Gathering’s theme is Imagine More! Based on Ephesians 3:20, the Gathering will be a space for young people to Imagine More: love, welcome, joy, courage, and grace. Interested in getting your teen connected? Reach out to Bryan Jaster (bjaster@stplc.org).

SAVE YOUR POP TOPS
The Ronald McDonald House serves as a "home away from home" for many folks with hospitalized children. The Pop Tab Recycling Program is an easy way to support this valuable resource. Simply pull off your beverage can tabs or soup tops (anything with a pull tab!) and bring them to church! We will collect them in a large jar in the narthex for delivery and recycling.
HELP SPREAD THE WORD WITH AN StPLC GOOGLE REVIEW!
