MIDDLE SCHOOL LAUNCH PARTY

All middle schoolers and their caring adults are invited on Sunday, August 30th from 10:15 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. We will feast, connect, and learn about the "Life of Faith!" year ahead!

GOD’S WORK. OUR HANDS. SEPT 12 AND 13

Save the date for this weekend of making a difference -- doing God's work with our hands.

On September 12, join the family-friendly, all ages, all paces 5K! This annual event helps raise funds for critical educational and healthcare services for our brothers and sisters in Tanzania. The timed, certified 5K course begins and ends in the StPLC parking lot. Your registration includes a race T-shirt, water, authentic East African finger foods, music, and door prizes. There will also be special activities for kids! Same-day registration is available (check in faster on race day by paying online via the donate page on our website). On September 13, choose from a variety of activities. Join us for roadside cleanup near Cherry Creek Reservoir, writing letters to those recently released from detention centers, repairing carts for Covenant Cupboard, working around the Saint Peter grounds, and more. 9AM SATURDAY MORNING BIBLE STUDY

Join Tom Hacker on Saturday mornings for Bible Study. Tom will lead a class in the Narthex beginning at 9:00 a.m. The group will soon be discovering their Spiritual Gifts.

BRIEF CONGREGATIONAL MEETING: SEPT 6

Please stay after service for a very short meeting on September 6. We will share a simple explanation about ratifying our constitution. We submitted changes to the synod after our last annual meeting, and the synod approved the constitution with no additional changes.

SKY RANCH RETREAT: SEPT 18-20

SAVE YOUR POP TOPS

The Ronald McDonald House serves as a "home away from home" for many folks with hospitalized children. The Pop Tab Recycling Program is an easy way to support this valuable resource. Simply pull off your beverage can tabs or soup tops (anything with a pull tab!) and bring them to church! We will collect them in a large jar in the narthex for delivery and recycling.
