SAVE A LIFE — BLOOD DRIVE 11/22

SHARE ADVENT TRADITIONS!

The deadline is extended — send your contribution by WEDNESDAY, 11/19. This year, we’re creating a special Saint Peter Advent devotional! Send your favorite Advent traditions, recipes, stories, and prayers to Arielle (awilson@stplc.org). We will combine your contributions into an Advent publication to help us get ready for the season!

COMMITMENT SUNDAY — 11/23

This is an opportunity to share your 2026 giving intentions, which will help us plan and budget for the year ahead. (All financial commitment info is confidential and only available to Saint Peter’s Financial Secretary.) Thank you for participating in whatever way you are able. Every response, regardless of the amount, strengthens our life together as God’s children!

If you worship online or won’t be present this Sunday, you can submit your intentions at www.stplc.org/stewardship.

Thank you for all you do to make Saint Peter Lutheran Church the busy, welcoming community it is. Your generosity is truly appreciated. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the stewardship team at stewardship@stplc.org.

THE TOY DRIVE IS HERE!

Saint Peter hosts the Covenant Cupboard Food Pantry Toy Drive each year. Last year we had 175 families who shopped for their children for a total of 375 kids. Each child received a toy from our toy drive! We are expecting at least that same number this year. Now is your chance to bring holiday cheer to the families who visit Covenant Cupboard. To purchase a new gift for a child or for multiple children, sign up and find all the details here.

  • Toys should be valued between $25 and $40.

  • Leave your gifts unwrapped and label each toy with the gender and age of the child.

  • We are also collecting heavy gloves/mittens for the children.

  • Drop unwrapped gifts at Saint Peter Lutheran Church on the following dates: November 30 (1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.) and December 1 (11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.).

PICTURES FOR THE NEW DIRECTORY

If you'd like to be included in the 2026 StPLC directory, please complete this online form and email a recent family photo to lsherpe@stplc.org before November 30th. If you do not have a current photo, Sara Lancaster will take photos in the Narthex after worship during the month of November.

ECUMENICAL THANKSGIVING SERVICE - 11/25

Come give thanks and enjoy good company, music and PIE! Bring a pie to share if you can! See you at Cherry Creek Presbyterian (10150 E Belleview Ave., Englewood).

WHOLLY KICKS!

"Jesus walked around, saw people and did things." That's what Wholly Kicks does with people in gathering brand new shoes for kids who need them in Denver.  Saint Peter and Greenwood Village Congregation LDS had a blast serving together at Wholly Kicks for Santa in the Park!

MAIL CALL!

Saint Peter Lutheran Church has a new MAILING address! You can send your mail securely to our new P.O. box. The address is:
Saint Peter Lutheran Church
P.O. Box 3079
Greenwood Village, CO 80155

Thank you!

SAVE YOUR POP TOPS

The Ronald McDonald House serves as a "home away from home" for many folks with hospitalized children. The Pop Tab Recycling Program is an easy way to support this valuable resource. Simply pull off your beverage can tabs or soup tops (anything with a pull tab!) and bring them to church! We will collect them in a large jar in the narthex for delivery and recycling.

HELP SPREAD THE WORD WITH AN StPLC GOOGLE REVIEW!

If you haven’t already left a review online, please take a couple of minutes this week to share with the online world what you think is special about our South Denver church. It’s free to do and will only take you a couple of minutes. You can find instructions from Google here. You can find the Saint Peter listing here.
