About Discipleship
The Discipleship Team is responsible for the creation and development of strategies to encourage discipleship growth in the congregation. Their charge is to employ a variety of strategies, including (but not limited to): small group development, workshops and study classes, newsletter and bulletin information, messages on Sunday morning and coaching of existing Ministry Teams and small groups.
The objective of the Discipleship Team is to see that as many Saint Peter participants as possible are studying and practicing the Five Habits of Discipleship, and to ensure that the congregation is providing the necessary encouragement and support to help them do so.
